163例痰热清注射液临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Applications of Tanreqing Injection in 163 Cases

目的:调查住院患者痰热清注射液使用情况,为临床合理使用痰热清注射液提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集某三甲医院住院患者2019年10~12月使用痰热清注射液病历资料163例,分析患者年龄、性别、临床诊断、单次用量、给药频次、使用疗程、药品溶媒选择,及联用抗菌药物等信息。结果:痰热清注射液单次用量、用药频次均符合药品说明书要求,溶媒选择符合率96.64%,适应证符合率77.91%,使用疗程符合率69.1%,禁忌证用药5例,有45例患者联用2种以上抗菌药物。1例发生不良反应,发生率为0.61%。结论:痰热清注射液临床使用中存在一定的不合理现象,建议严格按照药品说明书使用,避免超适应证、超疗程用药,保证临床用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the use of Tanreqing injection in hospitalized patients and provide references for the rational use of Tanreqing injection in clinical practice.Methods:A retrospective research method was used to collect 163 medical records of patients treated by Tanreqing injection from October to December 2019 in a tertiary hospital,and analyze the age,gender,clinical diagnosis,single dosage,frequency of administration,and course of treatment,drug solvent selection,the number of combined antibacterial drugs and other information of patients.Results:The single dosage and frequency of administration of Tanreqing injection complied with the requirements of the drug instructions.The compliance rate of solvent selection was 96.64%,and the compliance rate of indications was 77.91%,and the compliance rate of the course of treatment was 69.1%.There were 5 cases with contraindications were treated with Tanreqing injection and 45 patients were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with more than two kinds of antibacterial drugs.An adverse reaction occurred in 1 case,with an incidence of 0.61%.Conclusion:There are certain unreasonable phenomena in the clinical use of Tanreqing injection.It is recommended to use it strictly in accordance with the drug instructions to avoid over-indications and over-use administration to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
