短小芽孢杆菌KX-33做种衣剂对棉花枯萎病的的盆栽防效 被引量:5

摘要 短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)KX-33为本实验室自分离的对棉花枯萎病具有良好抑制作用拮抗微生物,为探究其制作种衣剂对棉花枯萎病的室内防治效果,利用筛选得到的成膜剂,将含不同浓度KX-33菌液及两种杀菌剂对照的种衣剂包衣的2种感、抗棉花枯萎病的棉花种子在室内做发芽试验,分析各种衣剂组合对棉花发芽率的影响。将含不同浓度KX-33菌液的种衣剂包衣的棉花种子做室内盆栽试验,比较接种棉花枯萎病(Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vasinfectum.)后不同时期病情指数和防治效果。结果表明含KX-33菌液的种衣剂处理可以显著提高发芽率和芽鲜重,缩短发芽时间,1×10^(8)CFU/mL微生物种衣剂处理可以显著提高棉花株高。在盆栽防效试验中接种棉花枯萎病第45天时,1×10^(8)CFU/mL浓度微生物种衣剂处理下对两个品种棉花的防效均最好,分别为65.35%和63.77%,且均高于药剂对照,对微生物种衣剂防治棉花枯萎病具有较好的应用价值。 Bacillus pumilus KX-33 is an antagonistic microorganism which has good inhibitory effect on cotton Verticillium wilt. In order to explore the indoor control effect of its seed coating agent on cotton Verticillium wilt,two kinds of sensitive and anti Verticillium wilt cotton seeds coated with different concentrations of KX-33 and two kinds of fungicides were used for germination test in the laboratory. After that the effects of different combinations of coating agents on cotton germination rate were analyzed. Cotton seeds coated with seed coating agent containing KX-33 of different concentrations were used in pot experiments to compare the inoculation of Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vasinfectum disease index and control effect in different peri ods after treatments. The results showed that the seed coating agent containing KX-33 could significantly improve the germination rate and fresh weight of buds,shorten the germination time,and 1×10^(8) CFU/ml microbial seed coating agent could significantly improve the cotton plant height. In the pot experiment,the control effect of 1×10^(8) CFU/ml microbial seed coating on two varieties of cotton was the best,which were 65.35% and 63.77% respectively,on the 45 th day after inoculation,and they were higher than those of the control,which had good application value for microbial seed coating to control cotton Verticillium wilt.
