摘要
面向大数据的基础教育信息化2.0(BEI2.0:Basic Education Informatization2.0)“县·省”级综合测评是推动我国BEI实现“三全、两高、一大”发展的重要举措和路径,建构科学、合理、高效的“县·省”级测评工具是基础教育信息化推进的有力保障。为充分发挥“县·省”级对基础教育信息化的决策和指导作用,实现顶层设计、科学规划、精准建设,通过文献研究、系统归纳、问卷调查和统计分析等方法,建构了面向大数据的BEI2.0“县·省”级综合测评指标模型,包含7个构面及其27个可测指标,并基于实证,采用信效度分析、结构方程模型和回归模型对指标模型进行了验证。结果显示指标模型建构科学且结构合理,具有较高的实用价值,为推进我国基础教育信息化发展及综合精准测评提供了普适、客观、有效和系统的工具支撑。
The"County-Province"Level("C-P"Level)comprehensive evaluation of basic education information 2.0(BEI 2.0)oriented to big data is an important measure and path to promote the development of BEI in China.The construction of a scientific,rational and efficient"C-P"Level evaluation tool is a powerful guarantee for the promotion of BEI.In order to give full play to the"C-P"Level in decision-making and guidance of BEI,and realize the top-level design,scientific planning and precise construction,the BEI 2.0"C-P"Level comprehensive evaluation index model oriented to big data is constructed through literature research,systematic induction,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,which contains 7 dimensions and 27 measurable indicators.Based on empirical study,the index model is verified by using reliability and validity analysis,structural equation model and regression model.The results show that the index model is scientifically constructed and reasonably structured,and has a high practical value,which provides a universal,objective,effective and systematic tool for promoting the development of BEI and comprehensive and accurate evaluation in China.
