应用膳食平衡指数评价高龄不孕女性的膳食质量

ASSESSMENT OF DIETARY QUALITY BY DIET BALANCE INDEX IN ELDERLY INFERTILE WOMEN

目的应用膳食平衡指数评价利用辅助生殖技术助孕的高龄不孕女性的膳食质量,为今后改善高龄不孕女性营养状况,提出针对性的营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月在山东大学附属生殖医院因不孕需利用辅助生殖技术助孕的高龄不孕女性457人,利用食物频率法调查并分析其膳食摄入情况,应用膳食平衡指数DBI-16评价患者的膳食质量。结果高龄不孕女性的膳食状况摄入不足和摄入过量同时存在,主要存在低度膳食失衡、低度摄入不足、部分低度摄入过量的问题,分别占73.30%、66.52%、32.60%,其中39岁及以上年龄段人群膳食摄入不足和膳食失衡的程度较低。谷薯类、畜禽肉类存在摄入过量的情况,奶类、鱼虾类、大豆类摄入不足,油盐摄入过量。结论高龄不孕女性膳食摄入状况有待改善,需要对该人群进行营养宣教及干预,提高其营养健康水平,促进优生优育。

Objective To assess the dietary quality of elderly infertile women whose pregnancy was assisted by reproductive technology by diet balance index(DBI),and provide data for improving the nutritional status of elderly infertile women.Methods A total of 457 elderly infertile women who had used assisted reproductive technology to assist pregnancy were selected between September 2018 and September 2019 in the Center for Reproductive Medicine,Shandong University.The food frequency method was used to investigate and analyze their dietary intakes.The dietary quality was assessed by DBI-16.Results The dietary status of the elderly infertile women was insufficient or excessive.The main problems were low-level dietary imbalance,inadequate intake or excessive intake,accounting for 73.30%,66.52%and 32.60%,respectively.There were excessive intakes of cereals,red meat,poultry oil and salt,and insufficient intakes of dairy,fish,shrimp and soybeans.Conclusion The dietary intakes of the elderly infertile women need to be improved.Nutrition education and intervention are required to improve their nutritional health and promote prenatal and postnatal care.
