HIV感染者心理弹性量表的初步编制

The Preliminary Development of Resilience Scale for People Living with HIV

目的编制HIV感染者心理弹性量表,为测量其心理弹性水平提供工具。方法研究分为三个阶段,第一阶段:选取14名HIV感染者进行质性访谈,将访谈结果进行编码,形成心理弹性条目池。第二阶段:专家对量表条目进行修改和评价,内容效度检验,初步形成心理弹性量表。第三阶段:采用第二阶段形成的量表对HIV感染者进行连续2次心理弹性测定,间隔10~14天,计算重测信度组内相关系数(ICC)。结果形成29个条目,3个维度的HIV感染者心理弹性量表,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)在0.83~1之间,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.96,重测信度ICC为0.816。结论HIV感染者心理弹性量表的内容效度及重测信度良好,可进一步进行信效度检验。

Objective To develop the resilience scale to measure the resilience status among people living with HIV.Methods The study had three phases.In the first phase,we interviewed 14 people living with HIV(PLWH).The outcome of the interview was coded to develop a pool of resilience items.In the second stage,we invited 15 experts to evaluate,modify,and validate the items of the scale,which preliminarily formed the resilience scale.In the third stage,we conducted two times psychological resilience tests among PLWH with 10-14 days apart using the tool developed in the second phase.The intragroup correlation coefficient(ICC)of retest reliability was calculated.Results The resilience scale of PLWH included 29 items and 3 domains.The scale I-CVI was between 0.83-1,S-CVI was 0.96,and the retest reliability ICC was 0.816.Conclusion The content validation and retest reliability of the resilience scale for PLWH were satisfied.The reliability and validation need to be further tested.
