摘要
生殖道沙眼衣原体感染临床症状隐匿,可导致严重并发症。体外细胞模型研究表明,沙眼衣原体暴露于不利条件下时,宿主细胞内的沙眼衣原体停止增殖,物质代谢低下,进入逃逸宿主免疫防御的一种可逆的持续感染状态。体内与体外沙眼衣原体感染的"持久性"不完全等同,沙眼衣原体与感染宿主之间存在长期相互作用,相互斗争的关系。但对沙眼衣原体在人体形成的长期感染状态,目前尚无公认定论。
The clinical symptoms of chlamydia trachomatis infection are concealed,leading to serious complications.Studies of in-vitro cell models have shown that chlamydia trachomatis can enter a state of reversible persistent infection when exposed to adverse conditions.In this state,chlamydia trachomatis stops proliferation,reduces substance metabolism,and escapes the attack from host immune defense.The"persistence"of chlamydia trachomatis infection in vivo and in vitro is not the same.There is a long-term interaction and struggle relationship between Chlamydia trachomatis and the infected host.However,the long-term infection status of Chlamydia trachomatis in the human body is inconclusive.
