摘要 为了研究直投式PE改性剂对沥青混合料各项性能的影响,分析直投式PE改性剂在工程应用中的社会效益、经济效益,探究直投式PE改性剂在高速公路中应用的可行性,文章结合室内试验及工程应用,系统研究了直投式PE改性沥青混合料的各项性能,并测算其在工程应用中所具备的节能、减排等效益。结果表明:直投式PE改性沥青混合料的各项性能指标均满足规范要求,并且相对于SBS改性沥青混合料,其高温性能有明显改善,同时铺设的直投式PE改性沥青路面具备良好的路用性能。直投式PE改性剂的节能、减排效果显著,有利于环境保护。因此直投式PE改性剂具有较好的社会效益和经济效益,适合在实际工程中的推广应用。 This paper aims to study the impact of direct-throw PE modifier on the performance of asphalt mixture,analyze the social and economic benefits of direct PE modifier in engineering application,and explore the feasibility of direct PE modifier in expressway application.Combined with laboratory test and engineering application,this paper systematically studies the performance of direct-throw PE modified asphalt mixture,and measures its energy saving and emission reduction benefits in engineering application.The results show that the performance index of PE meets the specification requirements,and compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,its high temperature performance has been significantly improved.The paving of direct cast PE modified asphalt pavement has good road performance,and the direct cast PE modifier has significant energy saving and emission reduction effect,which is conducive to environmental protection and conforms to the environmental protection policy.Therefore,the direct casting PE modifier has good social and economic benefits,and is suitable for popularization and application in practical projects.
