薄壁桥台裂缝成因及处置研究

Research on Causes and Treatment of Cracks in Thin-wall Abutments

裂缝是混凝土结构的常见病害,如何准确判断裂缝性质和危害程度,并采取针对性的处治措施成为当前设计、施工、管养单位共同关注的问题。文章基于薄壁桥台常见裂缝的系统调查,总结横向、竖向和斜向裂缝出现特征,针对裂缝的成因从受力、设计、施工和运营维护方面进行了分析,并根据裂缝成因判断裂缝性质,根据裂缝性质对桥台结构的不同影响提出了针对性的解决方案。研究可为类似工程提供参考。

Cracks are the common diseases of concrete structures.How to accurately judge the nature and hazards of the cracks and take targeted treatment measures has become a common concern of current design,construction,and management units.Based on the systematic investigation of common cracks in thin-walled abutments,through the summary of the characteristics of transverse,vertical and oblique cracks,this paper analyzes the causes of the cracks from the aspects of stress,design,construction,operation and maintenance.The nature of the cracks is judged based on causes of the cracks.Finally,specific solutions are proposed according to the different influences of the nature of the cracks on the abutment structure.
