元素分析仪测定玉米秸秆元素含量不确定度评定 被引量:4

摘要 生物质能源是近年来研究清洁可再生能源的热点之一。生物质废弃物中元素碳、氢、氮、硫含量的测试分析,对于研究生物质物料的特性、实现生物质废弃物资源化的利用具有重要意义。文章采用高温热分解元素分析法测定玉米秸秆样品的全碳、全氮、全氢和全硫元素含量,分析了不确定度的来源,建立了整个测量过程中不确定度分量的数学模型,对样品称重、标准物质、测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行了评定。玉米秸秆样品元素含量结果表示为:C元素含量(38.4±0.390)%,H元素含量(6.37±0.107)%,N元素含量(0.946±0.015)%,S元素含量(0.139±0.007)%,其中k=2。 Biomass energy is one of the hot spots in the research of clean and renewable energy in recent years.The analysis of the elemental carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,and sulfur content in biomass waste are of great significance for understanding the characteristics of biomass materials and realizing the utilization of biomass waste.In this paper,the pyrolysis method was used to determine the total carbon,total nitrogen,total hydrogen and total sulfur content of corn stalk sample.The sources of the uncertainty were analyzed,and the mathematical model of the uncertainty components in the whole measurement process was established.The components that affect the uncertainty such as sample weighing,reference materials,and measurement repeatability were evaluated.The results of the element content of the corn stalk sample were:element C content(38.4±0.390)%,element H content(6.37±0.107)%,element N content(0.946±0.015)%,and element S content(0.139±0.007)%,among which k=2.
