大理州农村生活污水治理的思考

Thoughts on the Treatment of Rural Domestic Sewage in Dali Prefecture

2020年是全国农村环境综合整治"十三五"规划的收官之年,按照云南省"十三五"农村环境综合整治目标任务及年度计划,大理州要按期完成270个建制村农村生活污水治理的任务要求。这是乡村振兴战略的工作要求,也是改善人居环境的必要措施:这不仅是农村人民对美好生活环境的向往,也是农村绿色可持续发展的必由之路。文章通过分析大理州各个县市上报的现状数据以及农村生活污水治理现状,结合存在的主要问题,基于农村生活污水治理原则,提出相关治理模式与建议,为大理州农村生活污水治理决策提供参考依据。

This year is the final year of the"13 th Five-Year Plan"for comprehensive improvement of rural environment in China.According to the objective task and annual plan of"13 th Five-Year Plan"of Yunnan Province,Dali prefecture should complete the task of treating domestic sewage in 270 villages on schedule.This is a requirement for the rural revitalization strategy and a necessary measure to improve the living environment.By analyzing the current situation data reported by various counties and cities in Dali Prefecture and the situation of rural domestic sewage treatment,combined with the existing major problems,and based on the principles of rural domestic sewage treatment,relevant governance modes and suggestions were put forward,providing reference basis for the decision-making of rural domestic sewage treatment in Dali Prefecture.
