应对食品安全重大风险的监管制度研究——以安徽省为例 被引量:1

摘要 安徽省大力推进高质量发展,切实保障和改善民生,不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。在防范化解食品安全重大风险方面,着力发挥食品监管制度优势。但是,在制度建设、制度执行和制度宣传上还存在一些薄弱环节,需要进一步瞄准行业前沿、加快制度创新,打造技能精英、优化执行环境,整合行业力量、加大制度宣传。 Anhui province vigorously promotes the high-quality development,effectively guarantees and improves people’s livelihood,and continually tries to meet people’s growing needs for a better life.In the aspect of food safety,the advantages of food regulatory system were taken to prevent and resolve the major risks.However,there are still some weak links in its system construction,implementation and publicity.It is necessary to aim at the industry front edge and accelerate the system innovation,build skilled elites and optimize the implementation environment,integrate industry forces and increase its publicity.
