摘要
从社会、学校和教师三个维度来分析高职院校青年教师成长过程中所存在的问题,进而针对青年教师的培养提出相应的对策,为我国高职院校教师队伍的管理提供一定的借鉴。
With the rapid development of vocational education in recent years,more and more young teachers have joined in it and gradually become the important force of full-time teachers in these colleges.However,most of them are innovative talents with comparatively higher academic degrees,stronger abilities,active thinking and broad vision,but lack of certain social experience,judgment and senior positions,which as a result,restrict the development of the colleges and disciplines.Based on this,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of young teachers’growth from three dimensions:society,college and teachers themselves,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for their cultivation,hoping to provide some reference for the management of higher vocational college teachers in China.
