Progress in diagnosis and treatment of trauma induced coagulopathy

创伤早期由于凝血系统激活而加重凝血功能障碍形成创伤性凝血病(TIC),而TIC的发生则进一步加重多发伤患者出血,是使多发伤患者病死率增高的重要因素。目前,随着TIC检测技术的进步和大量研究发表,对TIC危险因素、发病机制、诊断标准及治疗等认识的不断深入,TIC患者预后也得到了极大的改善。

Trauma induced coagulopathy(TIC)is aggravated by the activation of the coagulation system in the early stage of trauma,and the occurrence of trauma induced coagulopathy further aggravates the bleeding of patients with multiple injuries,which is an important factor to increase the mortality of patients with multiple injuries.At present,with the progress of the detection technology of trauma induced coagulopathy and the publication of a large number of studies,and the deepening understanding of the risk factors,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment of TIC,the prognosis of patients with trauma induced coagulopathy has been greatly improved.
