摘要
为实现煤直接液化与煤间接液化组分油的工业化调和,将鄂尔多斯煤直接液化柴油和宁夏煤间接液化柴油性质与GB 19147—2016中车用柴油(Ⅵ)(简称国Ⅵ标准)的技术要求进行了对比,得出煤液化油品调和控制的关键指标为运动黏度、凝点、冷滤点、闪点、十六烷指数和密度,并对关键指标的生产控制进行了分析。通过实验室调和试验调和出满足国Ⅵ标准要求的0号、-10号和-20号柴油,确定了两种组分油的工业化调和比例;实验室和工业化调和的-10号柴油数据均满足国Ⅵ标准对-10号柴油的要求,且两者偏差较小。
In order to realize the industrial blending of coal direct liquefaction and coal indirect liquefaction component oil,the comparison was made between the properties of Ordos coal directly liquefied diesel and Ningxia coal indirectly liquefied diesel and the technical requirements of vehicle diesel(Ⅵ)in GB 19147—2016(nationalⅥstandard).The key indexes of blending control of coal liquefaction oil were obtained as follows:kinematic viscosity,freezing point,cold filter plugging point,flash point,cetane index and density,and the production control of these key indexes was analyzed.No.0,-10 and-20 diesel oils which met the requirements of national VI standard were blended through laboratory blending test,and the industrial blending ratio of the two components was determined.The data of No.-10 diesel blended both in the laboratory and industry met the requirements of national VI standard for No.-10 diesel,and the deviation between the two data was small.
