气相色谱法测定二甲醚中甲醇含量的改进 被引量:1

摘要 在测定二甲醚中甲醇含量的过程中,由于汽化效果不好,进色谱直接测定容易造成测定结果不准确。通过反复实验,发现采用不锈钢材质双阀型取样钢瓶采样,采样钢瓶连接液态烃闪蒸汽化取样进样器恒温40℃进样,经过汽化后再进入装有PORAPAK Q的色谱柱中,通过带有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定,测定速度快、准确度高、重现性较好。 During the process of determining methanol content in dimethyl ether,due to poor vaporization effect,it was likely to cause inaccurate measurement results when dimethyl ether was directly measured by chromatography.Through repeated experiments,it was found that when the stainless steel double-valve sampling cylinder was used for sampling,the sampling cylinder was connected to the liquid hydrocarbon flash vaporization sampling injector at a constant temperature of 40℃,then the sample entered chromatographic column loaded with PORAPAK Q after vaporization,and the gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector was used for the measurement,the measurement speed was fast,the accuracy was high and the reproducibility was good.
