多年来,我国不断丰富可持续发展内在含义,在工业化、城镇化建设不断加快、社会经济较快发展、人民生活明显改善的同时,在节约资源和保护环境等方面也取得了积极进展。但薄弱的生态环境基础,仍然是制约我国社会经济发展可持续发展的关键问题,如何实现经济社会发展、资源、环境协调发展成为我国可持续发展进程中急需解决的问题。

over the years,China has continuously enriched the internal meaning of sustainable development.While accelerating industrialization and urbanization,rapid social and economic development and obvious improvement of people's life,China has also made positive progress in saving resources and protecting the environment.However,the weak ecological environment foundation is still the key problem restricting the sustainable development of China's social and economic development.How to realize the coordinated development of economic and social development,resources and environment has become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of China's sustainable development.
