基于就业导向下关于高职药学专业校企深度合作办学的研究

Research on Deep Cooperation in Running Schools of Higher Vocational Pharmacy Based on Employment Orientation

高职院校药学专业将为社会、国家培养具备药学学科基本理论、药学学科基本知识、实践能力,可从事药物研究、药物开发、药物生产等工作的专业人才。为提升高职学生就业成功率、提高其就业竞争力,高职院校需基于就业导向采取校企深度合作办学模式。本文依据某高职院校药学专业校企合作办学现状调查结果,提出需由学校、企业、学生三方面着手,加强校企合作,提高学生就业意识及能力。

The pharmacy major in higher vocational colleges will train professionals with basic theory of pharmacy,basic knowledge of pharmacy,and practical ability for the society and the country to engage in drug research,drug development,and drug production.In order to improve the employment success rate of higher vocational students and improve their employment competitiveness,higher vocational colleges need to adopt a school-enterprise in-depth cooperation model based on employment orientation.Based on the survey results of the school-enterprise cooperation in the pharmacy major of a higher vocational college,this paper proposes that the school,enterprise,and students need to start from three aspects to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve students'employment awareness and ability.
