摘要
采用高频红外碳硫仪直接测定煤中全硫,该分析方法速度快,准确度高,简便易操作,自动化程度高,分析一个样品从准备到分析结果报出仅需3分钟的时间,克服了传统高温管式炉或马弗炉升温慢,精度差等弊端,相对标准偏差RSD(%)小于0.028%,结果满意。
The direct determination of total sulfur in coal by high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur instrument is fast,accurate,simple and easy to operate,and has a high degree of automation.It takes only 3 minutes to test a sample from sample preparation to result report.The disadvantage of slow heating rate of traditional high-temperature tube furnace or muffle furnace and the poor precision of traditional determination methods are avoided,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 0.028%,and the determination result is satisfactory.
