基于数据挖掘探析前谷主治病症和配伍规律

Analysis of Indications and Compatibility Regularity of Qiangu(SI2)Based on Data Mining

目的:通过数据挖掘探析前谷主治优势病症和配伍规律。方法:1949年10月前文献主要以第五版《中华医典》、“全国报刊索引”为检索源,1949年10月后文献以中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊资源数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Medline和Web of Science为检索源,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,建立数据库,进行频次统计、关联规则分析和聚类规则分析。结果:1949年10月前纳入医籍35部,文献166条,1949年10月后纳入期刊文献11篇,其中外文文献2篇。单穴主治优势病症11种,配伍主治优势病症9种,以内科及耳鼻喉科病症为主,配伍较单穴主治增加了心系和外科病症。高频配伍腧穴前3位为后溪、腕骨、阳谷,配穴数量以膀胱经、胆经腧穴居多,配穴频次以小肠经、大肠经腧穴居多。结论:前谷主治范围广泛,多配伍阳经腧穴,配伍多采用同名经配穴法、上下配穴法和本经配穴法,多配伍特定穴之输穴、原穴和经穴。

Objective:To explore the major indications and compatibility law of Qiangu(SI2)through data mining.Methods:The literatures before October 1949 were mainly searched by the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code and National Index of Newspapers and Periodicals.The literatures after October 1949 were searched by CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP periodical Resources Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Medline and Web of Science.The databases were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster rule analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 35 medical books and 166 articles were included before October 1949,and 11 articles in journals were included after October 1949,including 2 foreign literatures.The major indications of single acupoint included 11 diseases and the major indications of compatibility included 9 diseases,which were mainly internal medicine and otorhinolaryngology diseases.Compared with single point indications,compatibility included heart system and surgical symptoms.The first three high-frequency compatibility points were Houxi(SI3),Wangu(SI4)and Yanggu(SI5).The acupoints were mostly in bladder meridian and gallbladder meridian,and the frequency of acupoints in small intestine meridian and large intestine meridian was in the majority.Conclusions:Qiangu has a wide range of indications,and it is always compatible with yang meridian acupoints.The methods of combining acupoints of meridians with the same name,combining the upper and lower acupoints and the combining acupoints of this meridian are often used for compatibility,and Shu acupoints,original acupoints and meridian acupoints of specific acupoints are more compatible.
