益肾固冲调神法针灸治疗亚临床期早发性卵巢功能不全临床研究

Clinical Study on Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen Therapy Acupuncture in the Treatment of Subclinical Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

目的:探讨益肾固冲调神法针灸对亚临床期早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的治疗效果。方法:纳入亚临床期POI患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组给予益肾固冲调神法针刺联合隔药灸脐治疗,对照组不予任何治疗为空白对照,观察治疗前后两组患者中医症状评分,检测治疗前后促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及抗苗勒管激素(AMH)的水平,以及窦卵泡计数(AFC)。结果:治疗组患者治疗后中医症状评分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,AMH、AFC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾固冲调神法针灸治疗亚临床期POI能有效改善临床症状,并有助于恢复卵巢的内分泌功能和生殖功能。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen therapy acupuncture on subclinical premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods:A total of 40 patients with subclinical POI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen therapy acupuncture combined with herbal separated moxibustion on the navel,while the control group was given no treatment as blank control.The clinical efficacy of Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen therapy acupuncture was observed,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)and antral follicle count(AFC)before and after treatment were detected.Results:The TCM symptom score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of AMH and AFC were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of subclinical POI,and help to restore the endocrine function and reproductive function of ovary.
