摘要
介绍王树槐教授运用越鞠丸治疗心系疾病之经验。越鞠丸为治疗气、血、痰、火、湿、食六郁证之常用方,王教授认为心系疾病的产生与情志失宜密切相关,情志致病心先受之,继损肝脾,影响脏腑气机。故临证注重情志在心系疾病的发生和转归中的作用,善用越鞠丸加减治疗胸痹、心悸等心系疾病,疗效显著。
Introduce the experience of Professor WANG Shuhuai in treating heart diseases with Yueju Pill(越鞠丸).Yueju Pill is a common prescription for treating six stagnation syndromes including stagnation of qi,blood,phlegm,fire,dampness and diet.Professor WANG believes that the occurrence of heart diseases is closely related to the malaise of emotion,which causes the heart to suffer first,and then damages the liver and spleen and affects the activities of qi.In the clinical practice,he pays attention to the role of emotion in the occurrence and prognosis of heart diseases,and makes good use of Yueju pill in the treatment of chest stuffiness,cardiopalmus and other heart diseases and the curative effect is remarkable.
