中医学术史研究的回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Academic History of Traditional Chinese Medicine

近代以来中医界的学术史研究大致有中国医学史研究、中医各家学说研究、中医学术发展史研究等不同的研究面向和侧重。虽然取得了不少成果,但中医学术史研究的问题意识依然不强,特别是对中医学术的狭隘性认知,自行限定了中医学术研究原本可拓展的视野与领域,中医学术史研究定位、研究重点与发展导向不明确,高质量的中医学术史研究成果依然缺乏。反思当今中医学术史研究所面临的问题,借鉴文史学界对学术史研究的阐发,未来至少可着重围绕以下三个方面首先展开集中研究:中医学术史的学科基本理论研究,中医基础理论与临床重要学术研究专题的学术史研究,疾病史、诊疗史、本草史等中医专门学术史研究与医疗社会文化史研究的结合。如何将中医学术史研究发展成为推动中医学术研究纵深拓展和反思既往中医学术研究得失的重要研究领域和学科,是未来中医学术史研究所面临的问题和挑战。参考文献29篇。

Since modern times,the research on the academic history of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has different aspects and emphases,such as the research on the medical history,the research on the various theories of TCM,the research on the academic development history of TCM and so on.Although a lot of achievements have been made,the problem consciousness of the research on the academic history of TCM is still not strong,especially the narrow cognition of the academic history of TCM,which limits the field of vision of the academic history of TCM.The research orientation,research focus and development orientation of the academic history of TCM are not clear,and high-quality research results of the academic history of TCM are still lacking.Reflect on the problems faced by the research on the academic history of traditional Chinese medicine,and learn from the interpretation of the academic history research by the literary and historical circles.In the future,we can focus on at least the following three aspects:firstly,the basic theoretical research of the academic history of TCM;secondly,the academic history of the important academic research topics of TCM basic theory and clinic;thirdly,the combination of the research on the history of disease,diagnosis and treatment,history of Materia Medica and the research on the social and cultural history of medicine.It is considered that how to develop the research on the academic history of TCM into an important research field and discipline to promote the in-depth expansion of the academic research of TCM and reflect on the gains and losses of the previous academic research of TCM is the problem and challenge that the research on the academic history of TCM will face in the future.There are 29 references.
