摘要
培养方案是人才培养的纲领性文件。为了有效发挥汉语国际教育硕士专业学位研究生培养方案对实践的指导作用,本文建议研发培养方案解读或操作指南等支撑性文件。文章结合教育理论和汉语国际教育实际,分析了研发支撑性文件在有效指导实践、保证教育质量方面的必要性与可行性,并提出可借鉴复杂系统理论和科学评估理论研发支撑体系,从而保证其有效性与适用性。
This paper aims to propose the development of supporting documents such as interpretation of the training program or guidance for instruction,in order to give full play to the guiding role of the training program which serves as a leading document of education in MTCSOL(Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages).Combining educational theory with the practice of international Chinese education,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing supporting documents in guiding effective practice and ensuring qualified education.It also suggests the possibility of developing the supporting documents based on Complex System Theory(CST)and scientific evaluation theory to ensure its effectiveness and applicability.
