摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期便秘孕妇与健康孕妇之间肠道菌群的差异。方法:招募2018年3月-2019年7月在无锡市人民医院产科产检的孕妇64例,其中便秘孕妇(便秘组)29例、健康孕妇(健康组)35例。留取所有孕妇的新鲜粪便样本,利用Illumina MiSeq平台对2组样本细菌的基因序列进行高通量测序,分别对2组粪便样本的菌群进行肠道菌群α多样性及物种组成分析。结果:便秘组孕妇的肠道菌群α多样性与正常组几乎无差异。而在属水平上便秘组Methanobrevibacter、Prevotella、Enterococcus和Lactobacillus属的相对丰度显著增加,而Bifidobacterium、Akkermansia和Bacteroides属的相对丰度则显著降低。结论:便秘孕妇的肠道菌群与健康孕妇间存在较为明显的差异。
Objective To explore the differences of intestinal flora between pregnant women with constipation during pregnancy and healthy pregnant women.Methods 64 pregnant women from the Department of Obstetrics in the First People's Hospital of Wuxi from March 2018 to July 2019 were recruited,including 29 pregnant women with constipation(constipation group)and 35 healthy pregnant women(health group).Fresh fecal samples from all pregnant women were taken,and high-throughput sequencing was performed on bacterial gene sequences of the two groups of samples using IlluminaMiSeq platform.The intestinal flora alpha diversity and species composition of the bacterial flora of the two groups of fecal samples were analyzed.Results The alpha diversity of the intestinal microbiota in constipation group was almost the same as that in the normal group.At the genus level,the relative abundance of Methanobrevibacter,Prevotella,Enterococcus and Lactobacillus in the constipation group increased significantly,while the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium,Akkermansia and Bacteroides decreased significantly.Conclusion There are obvious differences in intestinal flora between constipated pregnant women and healthy pregnant women.
