亚临界萃取藜麦油组分及抗氧化性分析 被引量:9

摘要 以国产藜麦为原料,通过亚临界提取技术提取藜麦中油脂并分析油脂脂肪酸组成,气相色谱结果表明:不同品种藜麦油脂肪酸组成相似,主要由亚油酸、油酸、亚麻酸等8种脂肪酸构成,并且藜麦油不饱和脂肪酸含量高。三种藜麦油对DPPH·与ABTS+·有较强的清除作用,且最终清除率无显著性差异。试验表明藜麦油脂必需脂肪酸含量高,且抗氧化能力强,具有进一步开发应用的价值,为进一步提升藜麦的资源利用率提供参考。 In this study,the domestic C.Quinoa was used as the raw material to extract the quinoa oil from C.quinoa by the subcritical extraction technology and analyze composition of the fatty acid(FA).The gas chromatography(GC)results show that fatty acid of different variety of quinoa possesses the similar compositions.The quinoa oil is mainly composed of eight fatty oils such as linoleic acid,oleic acid,linolenic acid,and contains high content of unsaturated fatty acid.All the quinoa oils show a strong scavenging ability of DPPH·and ABTS+,and there is no significant difference was observed between the different varieties.The experiments show that quinoa oil has a high essential fatty acid content and strong antioxidant activity,suggesting that it has a great potential for further development and application,which can provide a reference for further improvement of resource utilization rate of C.quinoa.
