摘要
为进一步实现清香型白酒清洁生产、节能、低排放,对水资源和热能利用进行了研究。结果显示,使用水资源及热能梯级利用系统前后,清香型白酒生产系统吨酒耗水由20 t减少至12 t,耗水量节约40%;吨酒蒸汽消耗量由3.2 t减少至2.9 t,耗汽量减少9%。冷却水全部循环利用,水重复利用率达到76%,极大地减轻了污水处理设施和水环境的压力。新系统研发,为实现白酒酿造行业的节能减排奠定了基础。
In order to further realize cleaner production,energy saving and low emission of fen-flavor liquor,the utilization of water resources and heat energy was studied.The results show that after implementing the new process,the water consumption of the fen-flavor liquor production system per ton of the liquor decreased from 20 t to 12 t with 40%saving in water consumption.The steam consumption per ton of the liquor decreased by 9%from 3.2 t to 2.9 t.The cooling water was all recycled,and the water reuse rate reached 76%,which greatly reduced the pressure of sewage treatment facilities and water environment.The development of the new system lays a foundation for energy conservation and emission reduction in the liquor brewing industry.
