摘要
为探究包装材料种类对樱桃番茄保鲜效果的影响,通过共混改性制备不同比例的对苯二甲酸-己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯/聚己内酯(PBAT/PCL)共混薄膜,并与传统市售PE薄膜分别对樱桃番茄进行自发气调包装,无包装的樱桃番茄在同样条件下作为空白对照,于10℃、65%RH条件下贮藏,测定其气体组分变化及感官、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C等的变化情况,研究不同比例的PBAT/PCL共混薄膜对樱桃番茄保鲜效果的影响。结果表明PBAT/PCL可降解型自发性气调包装具有良好的透气性和选择透过性,包装后可形成适宜稳定的气氛条件,与空白组相比贮藏期延长四倍多,比PE组延长十天。
In order to study the preservation effect of packaging materials on cherry tomato,different proportions of poly butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate/polycaprolactone(PBAT/PCL)composite film was prepared by blending modification.Cherry tomatoes were packaged spontaneously with PBAT/PCL and the traditional commercially available PE.The unpackaged cherry tomatoes were used as blank control under the same conditions and stored regularly under the condition of 10℃and RH 65%.The changes of gas components,sensory organs,hardness,soluble solids content and vitamin C in the bags were detected,and the effects of different proportions of(PBAT/PCL)composite film on the preservation of cherry tomatoes were studied.The results show that the PBAT/PCL degradable spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging has good permeability and permselectivity,which can form a suitable and stable atmosphere condition after packaging.Compared with the blank group,the shelf life is prolonged by more than four times,and ten days longer than that in the PE group.
