军用涡扇发动机转子结构与力学特性研究

摘要 为定量评估结构力学特征参数,进而达到为高推重比涡扇发动机结构设计提供理论指导的目的,主要基于结构效率的定量评估方法,对航空发动机转子系统进行力学特性分析。首先对典型的高推重比涡扇发动机结构特征加以分析,然后总结高推重比涡扇发动机转子结构的惯性特征(质量、转动惯量、刚度等),最后对抗变形能力进行评估计算,以期实现转子结构与力学特征的一体化设计。通过对高推重比涡扇发动机转子系统结构与力学特征的分析研究,可有效丰富已有航空发动机评估和设计参数,为先进航空发动机的转子结构设计布局提供参考和数据支持。 In order to quantitatively evaluate the characteristic parameters of structural mechanics,and then achieve the purpose of providing theoretical guidance for the structural design of high thrust-to-weight ratio turbofan engines,the mechanical characteristics of the aeroengine rotor system are analyzed mainly based on the quantitative evaluation method of structural efficiency.First,the authors analyze the structural characteristics of the typical turbofan engine with high thrust-to-weight ratio,and then summarize the inertial characteristics(mass,moment of inertia,stiffness,etc.)of the turbofan engine rotor structure with high thrust-to-weight ratio,and finally evaluate and calculate the anti-deformation ability,so as to realize the integrated design of rotor structure and mechanical characteristics.Through the analysis and research on the structure and mechanical characteristics of the high thrust-to-weight ratio turbofan engine rotor system,it can effectively enrich the existing aeroengine evaluation and design parameters,and provide reference and data support for the rotor structure design layout of advanced aeroengines.
