灯光告警是飞机重要的飞行安全监护设备,采集各系统的故障告警信息,经分析处理后,以醒目的灯光及时提示飞机驾驶员进行处置,对确保飞行安全具有关键作用。为提高维护人员对灯光告警设备的维修保障能力,设计了一套灯光告警设备实装训练系统,该系统能够模拟产生飞机各系统的故障告警信息,直观展示故障告警现象和故障处置流程,通过操作训练,使维护人员掌握灯光告警设备的操作使用流程和典型故障排除方法。

Light warning is an important flight safety monitoring equipment for an aircraft.It collects fault warning information of various systems,and after analysis and processing,it prompts the aircraft pilot with eye-catching light for disposal,which plays a key role in ensuring flight safety.In order to improve the maintenance and support ability of the maintenance personnel on the lighting warning equipment,a set of light warning equipment installation training system is designed.The system can simulate the failure warning information of each system of the aircraft,and visually display the failure warning phenomenon and the failure handling process.Through operation training,the maintenance personnel can master the operating procedures and typical troubleshooting methods of light warning equipment.
