摘要
某型高速测功机长期工作后出现效率下降、振动突增现象,无法满足发动机试车时功率吸收需要,也不能保证试车安全。通过对高速水力测功机开展逆向设计、增材修复及零备件国产化替代,自主研发高速水力测功机修理技术标准和全套工装设备,成功修复该型高速水力测功机,打破英美国家对国内的高速水力测功机修理技术封锁,也为后续国内高速水力测功机的自主维修保障提供了借鉴。
After the long-term operation,a high-speed hydraulic dynamometer experiences a decrease in efficiency and a sudden increase in vibration,which can not meet the power absorption needs of the engine test and ensure the safety of the test.Through the reverse design,resurfacing welding and localization replacement of spare parts,the authors independently developed repair technical standards and a full set of tooling equipment of the high-speed hydraulic dynamometer,and successfully repaired this type of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer,and that not only breaks repair technology blockade of the developed countries such as the United States and Britain on the domestic high-speed hydraulic dynamometer,but also provides a reference for the follow-up domestic high-speed hydraulic dynamometer repair guarantee.
