摘要
随着高职扩招规模的增长,扩招生源已成为高职院校生源的重要组成部分,其主要学习特征和需求存在明显的差异性,对课程教学设计提出了新要求。课程设计者应厘清课程教学设计的总体思路,明确教学对象分析是课程教学设计的逻辑起点。建立以"学生为中心"的课程设计理念,采用"企校合建"模式,确定教学目标、重构教学内容、序化课程结构、创新教学组织形式,为落实因材施教,提高人才培养质量提供充分保障。
With the growth of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,the students of enrollment expansion accounts for an important part.There are obvious differences between the expansively enrolled students and the traditionally enrolled ones in learning characteristics and learning needs,which puts forward new requirements for the curriculum teaching design of higher vocational colleges.The curriculum designer should clarify the general idea of the teaching design for the courses and make clear that the analysis of teaching objects is the logical starting point of the curriculum teaching design.The designer is supposed to embody the concept of"student-centered"curriculum design and adopt"college-enterprise joint construction"mode,determine the teaching objectives,reconstruct the teaching content,prioritize the curriculum structure,and innovate the teaching organization form,so as to provide sufficient guarantee for the implementation of individualized teaching and the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.
