摘要
目的建立芋螺毒素Lt14a原料药的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测芋螺毒素Lt14a的含量和有关物质。结果研究了芋螺毒素Lt14a的多项质量指标,初步建立了质量控制方法,包括性状、溶解性、水分、pH值、比旋度、折光率、有关物质和含量测定。结论所建立的芋螺毒素Lt14a的质量控制方法重复性好,结果准确、可靠。
In order to establish the quality control method of conotoxin Lt14 a, the content and related substances in Lt14 a were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Several quality indexes of Lt14 a were studied, and the quality control method was established, including character, solubility, moisture, p H value, specific rotation, refractive index, related substances and content. The results showed that the established quality control method of Lt14 a had good repeatability, and results were accurate and reliable.
