油气集输玻璃钢管道力学性能实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 油气集输用玻璃钢管道在地下使用过程中经常发生螺纹连接接头渗漏、脱扣、管体表面机械划伤、管壁磨损、内外部裂纹、老化分层、夹渣、孔隙、脆断开裂等失效事故。为了找出玻璃钢管道运行中可能存在的失效原因,采用差式扫描量热仪、水压试验机、材料试验机等试验设备,分别在现场截取了2009年投用的DN50、DN65、DN100、DN150、DN200以及新生产尚未投用的DN65玻璃钢管试样,利用上述试样对玻璃钢失效断口形貌、拉伸强度、硬度、玻璃钢转变温度、树脂质量分数、不可溶分质量分数进行测量。结果表明:玻璃钢管树脂质量分数与玻璃钢管道接头连接性能有关,树脂质量分数偏低导致树脂对纤维胶合作用降低,使得玻璃钢管力学性能降低,最终导致接口失效。 Failure accidents such as leakage of threaded joints, trip, mechanical scratches on the surface of the pipe body, wear of the pipe wall, internal and external cracks, aging stratification, slag inclusions, pores, brittle fracture and cracking, are common in the underground use of FRP pipes for oil and gas gathering and transportation. In order to find out the possible causes of failure in the operation of FRP pipes, using differential scanning calorimeter, hydraulic testing machine, material testing machine and other test equipment, intercepting samples of DN50, DN65, DN100, DN150, DN200 that were put into use in 2009 and DN65 glass steel pipe samples that have not been put into use in new production, the failure fracture morphology, tensile strength, hardness, glass fiber reinforced plastics transition temperature, resin mass fraction, and insoluble content mass fraction of FRP samples were measured. The results showed that the resin mass fraction of glass steel tube was related to the connection performance of FRP pipe joints, and the low mass fraction led to the decrease of resin bonding effect on fiber, which led to the low mechanical properties of glass steel tube, and finally led to the failure of interface.
