摘要 河南能源鹤壁煤化工BDO装置生产能力为年产10万tBDO的成熟装置,BDO生产的主要原料为甲醛液体和乙炔气体,该装备配套为干法乙炔制备工艺。干法乙炔生产过程中会出现很多工艺问题和技术难题,针对乙炔发生器内部积料严重,影响反应器长周期运行的问题,进行了相应的技术改进并且取得了较好的应用效果,成功解决反应器不能长周期运行带来的各项消耗升高等问题,另一方面增加渣浆水的回用,大大降低了乙炔反应用水的浪费。 The BDO plant in Henan Energy Hebi Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is a mature plant with a 00 kt·a-1 BDO. The main raw materials for BDO production are formaldehyde liquid and acetylene gas. The plant is equipped with dry acetylene preparation technology. There are many process problems and technical problems in the process. In this article, aiming at the serious accumulation of materials in the acetylene generator to affect the long-term operation of the reactor, corresponding technical improvements were put forward, and good application effect was achieved. The problem that the reactor cannot run for a long time was successfully solved. On the other hand, the reuse of slurry water was achieved to greatly reduce the waste of acetylene reaction water.
