耐腐蚀减阻高分子功能涂层的制备及应用研究

摘要 合成了一类聚脂肪烯酰胺改性金刚烷改性高分子功能涂层,包括改性金刚烷中间体合成、丙烯酰化金刚烷中间体合成、聚丙烯酰胺改性金刚烷功能分子合成、耐腐蚀减阻高分子功能涂层配制工艺和涂装工艺。该高分子功能涂层解决现有技术难以对涂料的耐腐蚀性与减阻性进行兼顾的技术问题,同时可以直接通过刷涂、喷涂、浸涂等工艺与基材结合,施工方便,也有利于降低成本。 A type of polyfatty enamide modified adamantane modified polymer functional coating was synthesized, including the synthesis of modified adamantane intermediates, the synthesis of acryloyl adamantane intermediates, the synthesis of polyacrylamide modified adamantane functional molecules, the preparation process and coating process of corrosion-resistant and drag-reducing polymer functional coatings. The polymer functional coating solves the technical problem of the existing technology that it is difficult to balance the corrosion resistance and drag reduction of the coating. At the same time, it can be directly combined with the substrate through brushing, spraying, dipping and other processes, and the construction is convenient, being conducive to reducing costs.
