摘要
塞博鲁科地区油田东部布置的海油陆采大位移水平井井深6500~7300m,水垂比大于3.39,属于轨迹控制难度极大的超大位移井。针对一开漏失、长段大井眼定向困难、水力参数与工具特性差异、水平段摩阻大起下钻阻卡、完井管柱下入困难等难题,优选气举携砂、井眼清洁评估、岩屑床破坏器、可变径稳定器等先进的设备和技术,优化钻井参数、钻具选型和钻井液匹配,先后完成了多口大位移井的施工,形成了塞博鲁科地区大位移水平井配套钻完井技术,为后续井施工提供了技术模板。
The horizontal wells with extended reach has the depth of 6 500~7 300 m in the east of the Seboruc area, Cuba, the SAG ratio is more than 3.39, which belongs to the ultra-extended reach well with great difficulty in trajectory control. In view of the problems such as first opening loss, difficulty in directional drilling in long section and large hole, difference in hydraulic parameters and tool characteristics, sticking in horizontal section and difficulty in downhole of completion string, advanced equipments and technologies such as gas-lift sand-carrying, wellbore cleaning assessment, cuttings bed breaker and variable diameter stabilizer were optimized, drilling parameters, drilling tool selection and drilling fluid matching were optimized, and the construction of several extended reach wells were completed successively, the drilling and completion technology of extended reach horizontal well in Seboruke area was formed, which could provide a technical template for the following well construction.
