摘要
根据台车碰撞试验系统建立有限元仿真模型,通过试验验证仿真模型的可靠性。对干扰加速度进行正态检验,验证其服从正态分布。通过统计干扰加速度引起触发算法误触发、漏触发的次数,分析触发算法的可靠性和参数敏感性。通过ACNS终端试验对分析结果进行验证,结果表明:干扰加速度会降低触发算法的可靠性;干扰加速度期望为负时,算法易出现误触发;期望为正时,易引起漏触发;标准差对算法漏触发影响较小,只在较大时易引起误触发。
First,a finite element model is established based on a sled impact test system.Its reliability is verified by a comparison between the simulation results and the test.Secondly,a test of normality on disturbing acceleration is carried out and found out that the disturbing acceleration follows normal distribution.Then,the reliability of the algorithm and parameter sensitivity are examined by counting falsely triggering and failed triggering of ACNS caused by disturbing acceleration.Finally,the analysis results are verified by an ACNS terminal test.The results show that:the reliability of the trigger algorithm can be reduced by disturbing acceleration;when the disturbing acceleration’s expectation is negative,the algorithm is prone to falsely triggering;when the interference is expected to be positive,it is easy to cause failed triggering.The standard deviation has little effect on the failed triggering of the algorithm,and it is easy to cause falsely triggering only when it is large.
