配电自动化的主动配电网多目标调度模型与方法 被引量:7

摘要 针对配电网中具有竞争性的优化目标,提出主动配电网多目标优化运行方法,并通过Nash议价合作模型,求得多目标优化问题的Pareto最优解。提出的优化模型包含燃气轮机、柴油发电机、储能电源的发电成本和环境成本,可调节负荷的效用成本。将提出的多目标优化模型通过Nash议价模型转换为单目标优化问题,通过常见的交替向量乘子法(ADMM)求解。此外,在Matlab中建立以实际配电网为基础的33节点主动配电网系统。仿真结果表明:所提出的模型能够得到多目标优化问题的Pareto最优解,同时能够鼓励可调节负荷吸纳可再生电源的发电量,减少环境污染成本,为配电自动化系统提供最优调度方案。 Aiming at the competitive optimization objectives in distribution network,this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization operation method for active distribution network,and obtains the Pareto optimal solution of the multi-objective optimization problem through Nash bargaining cooperation model.The proposed optimization model includes the generation cost and environmental cost of gas turbine,diesel generator and energy storage power supply,and the utility cost of adjustable load.Then,the proposed multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a single objective optimization problem via Nash bargaining solution,and solved by the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM).In addition,the 33 node active distribution network system based on the actual distribution network is established in Matlab.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed model can obtain Pareto optimal solution of the multi-objective optimization problem and encourage the flexible load to absorb the generation of renewable power,reduce the cost of environmental pollution,and provide the optimal scheduling scheme for distribution automation system.
