目的探讨研究型医院如何建设高水平科研助理队伍。方法阐述并分析了北京天坛医院科研助理队伍的构建及其对建设研究型医院产生的积极作用,以及目前在科研助理队伍建设中存在的问题,进而从人才引进、管理制度、激励措施和育人、用人方面对建设高水平科研助理队伍进行探讨。结果研究型医院可通过提高重视程度,健全管理制度,完善考评和激励体系,加强培训与培养,提升科研助理队伍的稳定性和竞争力。结论加速结构合理的科研创新团队的发展是推动研究型医院的建设基础,推进高水平科研助理队伍的构建势在必行。

Objective To discuss strategies for building a high level research assistant team in research hospital.Methods This paper illustrates and analyzes the construction experiences of the research assistant team and its positive impact on the construction of research hospitals,discusses reflections on the construction of high-level research assistant team from the aspects of talent introduction,management system,incentive measures and education and employment in combination with problems identified during the construction process.Results Research hospitals can improve the stability and competitiveness of the research assistant team by improving the degree of attention,improving the management system,improving the evaluation and incentive system,and strengthening the training and cultivation.Conclusions Accelerating the development of scientific research and innovation team with appropriate structure are the foundations for promoting the construction of research hospitals,so it is imperative to promote the construction of research assistant team.
