摘要
目的分析神经疾病护理学科发展现状并提出针对性政策建议。方法根据SWOT分析法的相关理论,分析河南省人民医院神经疾病护理学科发展的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并根据不同的要素组合提出针对性的政策建议。结果经过2 a的探索实践,学科发明专利从实施前2项提升至30项,发表国家级期刊论文数量从实施前11篇提升至实施后38篇。结论河南省人民医院应用SWOT分析法,在学科建设上采取了一系列措施,取得了一定效果,为公立医院学科建设和护理管理提供一定的参考。
Objective To analyze the development status of nursing of neurological diseases and put forward targeted policy suggestions.Methods According to the theory of SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of the nursing discipline of neurological diseases in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were analyzed,and corresponding policy suggestions were put forward according to different combination of factors.Results After two years of exploration and practice,the number of disciplinary invention patents has increased from 2 to 30,and the number of papers published in national journals has increased from 11 to 38.Conclusion With SWOT analysis,Henan Provincial People’s Hospital has taken a series of measures in discipline construction and achieved certain results,which can provide some references for discipline construction and nursing management of public hospitals.
