老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者ESCA评分现况及影响因素分析

The Status of ESCA Score and Influencing Factors in Elderly Hospitalized Patients with First Asymptomatic Cerebral Infarction

目的调查老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者自护能力测定量表(ESCA)评分现况并分析影响因素,提出针对性干预策略。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月河南省直属机关第一门诊部收治的98例首发无症状脑梗死住院老年患者作为研究对象,收集一般资料,采用ESCA量表评估患者自护能力,并进行自护能力的单因素及多元线性回归分析。结果老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者ESCA评分为(78.35±4.29)分。性别、家庭人均月收入、医疗支付方式的老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者ESCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、受教育程度、居住地、婚姻状况、自理能力老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者ESCA评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、居住地、自理能力均为老年首发无症状脑梗死住院患者自护能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论受诸多因素影响,首发无症状脑梗死住院老年患者的自护能力普遍较低,针对影响因素给予相应护理干预,对患者自护能力提升具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the current status of the exercise of self care agency(ESCA)scores of elderly hospitalized patients with first asymptomatic cerebral infarction,analyze the influencing factors,and propose targeted intervention strategies.Methods A total of 98 hospitalized elderly patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction in the First Outpatient Department of Henan Province from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.General datas were collected.The ESCA scale was used to evaluate the self-care ability of patients,and the single factor and self-care ability were evaluated.Multiple linear regression analysis.Results The ESCA score of elderly hospitalized patients with first-onset asymptomatic cerebral infarction was(78.35±4.29)points.There was no significant difference in ESCA score among the elderly inpatients with first asymptomatic cerebral infarction by gender,family per capita monthly income and medical payment method(P>0.05).There were statistical significance in ESCA scores of elderly inpatients with first asymptomatic cerebral infarction in terms of age,education,residence,marital status and self-care ability(P<0.05).Age,education,marital status,residence and self-care ability were all influencing factors affecting the self-care ability of elderly patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Affected by many factors,the self-care ability of hospitalized elderly patients with first asymptomatic cerebral infarction is generally low.Corresponding nursing interventions based on the influencing factors have a positive effect on improving the self-care ability of patients.
