整体护理程序在急诊多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing Procedures in Emergency Patients with Multiple Rib Fractures Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

目的探究整体护理程序应用于急诊多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月在开封市陇海医院进行诊治的急诊多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者78例,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,对照组39例患者接受常规护理,研究组39例患者接受常规护理与整体护理程序,经过护理后观察对比两组患者的临床住院指标(住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率),采用间接检测法评价患者护理依从性,采用自制护理满意度调查表评价患者护理满意度。结果经过护理后,研究组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组患者,并发症发生率低于对照组患者,组间比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理依从性(94.87%)优于对照组患者(74.36%),组间比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度(94.87%)高于对照组患者(64.10%),组间比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理程序应用于急诊多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者的临床效果显著,可有效促进患者疾病的治愈,缩短住院时间,提高患者依从性与护理满意度,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing procedure in emergency patients with multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax.Methods From March 2017 to September 2018,78 emergency patients with multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax were selected for diagnosis and treatment in Longhai Hospital of Kaifeng City.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group.Thirty-nine patients in the control group received routine nursing.Thirty-nine patients in the study group received routine nursing and overall nursing procedures.After nursing,Clinical hospitalization indexes(length of stay,fracture healing time,complication rate)were compared between the two groups.Indirect detection method was used to evaluate the nursing compliance of patients.Nursing satisfaction of patients was evaluated by self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire.Results After nursing,The hospital stay and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the patients in the study group(94.87%)was better than that of the patients in the control group(74.36%),and the comparison results between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group(94.87%)was better than that of the patients in the control group(64.10%),and the comparison results between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing program in the emergency treatment of multiple rib fractures with hemopneumothorax has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively promote the cure of patients’diseases,shorten the length of stay,improve patients’compliance and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
