摘要
利用地面、高空常规气象资料和CPAS平台提供的卫星反演产品,雷达数据产品,探空数据产品,降水量等气象资料,结合GRAPES、EC等数值模式和云模式预报产品,从作业需求、天气形势、云系结构、增雨潜力分析、作业方案设计、作业实施跟踪指挥、作业效果评估等方面,总结与分析了阜新地区2019年5月26日降水天气过程人工增雨作业。结果表明,CPAS平台提供的各种功能及业务产品为市、县级人工增雨作业科学规范和有效的实施提供了技术支持。
Based on the ground and high altitude conventional meteorological data,the satellite inversion products,radar data products,sounding data products,precipitation and other meteorological data provided by the CPAS platform,combinied with GRAPES,EC and other numerical models and cloud model forecast products,from the operational demand,weather situation,cloud system structure,precipitation enhancement potential analysis and operational scheme design,operational implementation tracking command,operational effectiveness evaluation,etc,to summarize and analyze the precipitation enhancement operation in Fuxin area on May 26,2019.The results show that the various functions and business products provided by CPAS platform provide technical support for the standardized,scientific and effective implementation of artificial precipitation at city and county levels.
