摘要
防雷行政审批服务能够为社会各领域有效防雷减灾、保障人们的生命财产安全提供重要支撑,是各级气象单位重要的社会管理职能之一。近年来,国家开展行政审批改革,以“群众满意、一次办好”为目标,不断简化审批流程,这为防雷行政审批服务也提出了更高的要求。基于此,结合工作实际,总结开展防雷行政审批服务工作的必要性,综合分析目前防雷行政审批服务改革现状,针对性地提出提高防雷行政审批服务工作水平的对策,以期为相关气象工作者提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。
The administrative examination and approval service of lightning protection can provide important support for the effective lightning protection and disaster reduction in various fields of society,and guarantee the safety of people’s lives and property.It is one of the important social management functions of meteorological units at all levels.In recent years,the state has carried out the reform of administrative examination and approval,with the goal of"people’s satisfaction and one-time success",constantly simplifying the examination and approval process,which also puts forward higher requirements for the lightning protection administrative examination and approval service.Based on this,combined with the actual work of the author,this paper first summarizes the necessity of carrying out lightning protection administrative examination and approval service,then comprehensively analyzes the current situation of lightning protection administrative examination and approval service reform,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of lightning protection administrative examination and approval service,in order to provide some reference for relevant meteorological workers.
