灾毁农田现状分析及土地修缮策略--以皋兰县石洞镇为例

Present Situation Analysis of Damaged Farmland and Land Repair Strategy--Take Shidong Town,Gaolan County as an Example

农田因自然灾害受到破坏是当下我国土地规划利用方面面临的重要问题,而水毁耕地就是自然灾害中的一种最常见的形式。本文以皋兰县石洞镇农田修复项目为研究案例,经过对耕地损毁现状和成因全面分析,研究确定了从土壤改良、土地平整、农田水利设施、田间道路修复等方面有针对性进行修缮治理的方案,将从根本上改善灾害区生产生活条件,提高农民生活质量,实现经济、生态、社会效益的同步和谐发展。

The destruction of farmland due to natural disasters is an important problem in China’s land planning and utilization.Flooding of cultivated land is one of the most common forms of natural disasters.In gaolan county town of caves in farmland restoration project as the research case,after a thorough analysis about the present situation of arable land,damage and formation,the research identified from soil improvement,land levelling,irrigation and water conservancy facilities,field road repair targeted to repair such a scheme,will fundamentally improve production and living conditions of disasters,raising farmers’quality of life,To realize the synchronized and harmonious development of economic,ecological and social benefits.
