耕地是最为宝贵的自然资源,事关粮食安全民生大计。随着粮食安全问题备受国人关注,党中央、国务院对耕地保护工作、粮食安全问题给予了前所未有的重视,如何进一步加强耕地保护,改进占补平衡,是促进经济社会持续健康发展的当务之急。在此背景下,针对耕地保护与占补平衡的现状及对策进行研究。

Cultivated land is the most precious natural resource,which is related to food security and people’s livelihood.As the issue of food security has attracted the attention of the people,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have paid unprecedented attention to the protection of arable land and food security.How to further strengthen the protection of arable land and improve the balance of occupation and supplement is the urgent task of promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society.In this context,the article studies the current situation and countermeasures of cultivated land protection and balance of occupation and compensation.
