摘要
针对新型地膜在玉米上应用效果的试验研究,为旱作节水农业筛选节本增效优质地膜提供依据。试验研究认为,穗粒重变异系数7.28%是影响667 m^(2)理论产量标准差96.69 kg的主因;各类型地膜全膜双垄沟覆盖均增产增收,667 m^(2)生物降解膜白膜全膜双垄沟覆盖平均产量955.4 kg最高,较常规地膜半膜覆盖平均产量704.0 kg增产35.7%;常规地膜全膜双垄沟覆盖增收效益最好,667 m^(2)收入1633.74元、纯收802.24元、产投比0.96元,较常规地膜半膜覆盖增收338.38元、增加纯收入303.38元,投入每元效益增加0.33元。在旱作残塬黑垆土上种植玉米,667 m^(2)获得800 kg以上的产量,应优先选择常规地膜全膜覆盖,以降低面源污染为目的,可以考虑选择成本较高的生物降解白膜与渗水地膜进行全膜双垄沟播栽培。
The experimental study on the application effect of new plastic film on maize was carried out to provide the basis for the selection of high quality plastic film for saving cost and increasing efficiency in dry farming and water-saving agriculture.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of grain weight per panicle was 7.28%,which was the main factor affecting the theoretical yield standard deviation of 96.69 kg at 667 m^(2).All types of mulching with whole plasticfilm on double ridges increased production and income.The average yield of 667 m^(2) biodegradable film on whole plastic-film on double ridges was 955.4 kg,which was the highest,increasing 35.7%compared with the average yield of conventional plastic-film on half plastic-film on 704.0 kg.Conventional mulching with whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges and furrows had the best increase benefit.The income of 667 m^(2) was 1633.74 yuan,the net income was 802.24 yuan,and the ratio of production to investment was 0.96 yuan.Compared with conventional mulching with half plastic-film mulching,the increase income was 338.38 yuan,the net income was 303.38 yuan,and the benefit was increased by 0.33 yuan per yuan of investment.When corn was planted on the dark soil of dry cropping plateau,the yield of 667 m^(2) was more than 800 kg.Conventional mulching film and total mulching film should be preferred.For the purpose of reducing non-point source pollution,biodegradable white film and seepage mulching film with higher cost could be considered for whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges.
