“十三五”期间全国职业院校技能大赛高职组获奖数据分析及研究

Data Analysis and Research on the Higher Vocational College Awards in National Competitionfor Skillsof Vocational Education during the “13th Five-Year Plan” Period

基于教育部历年公布的全国职业院校技能大赛高职组获奖名单,本文分别从地理区域、行政区划、获奖高职院校、国家骨干高职院校和双高院校等多个维度切入,对2016—2020年连续五年的获奖数据进行全方位、系统性的分析,得出赛项内容动态变化、竞赛水平不断提高,省际之间、院校之间的竞争更趋激烈,竞赛成果转化与应用进一步加大等结论,并从赛教融合、选拨机制、激励政策、协同发展四个方面提出相关建议,以期为研究技能大赛提供数据支撑和理论依据,助力技能大赛改革与创新,进而促进职业教育高质量发展。

Based on the higher vocational college awards of National Competition for Skills of Vocational Education released by the Ministry of Education over the years, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic data analysis on the competition results of five consecutive years from2016 to 2020 from multiple dimensions, including geographical region, administrative division,vocational collegeswinningawards, national models of vocational colleges and"double high"vocational colleges.It can be concluded that the competition is becoming more and more intense between provinces and colleges, with a dynamic change of content and a continuous improvement of standards. It also has seen an increase in achievements transformation and application. This paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects, namely intensifying the reform in integration of competition and teaching, perfecting the selection mechanism, increasing incentive policies, and strengthening the provincial coordination for the collaborative development. It aims to provide data support and theoretical basis for the correlative researches on the skills competition, and to boost the reform and innovation, thus promoting the highquality development of vocational education.
