摘要
课堂师生互动并非单向的,在交流和沟通过程中,师生双方通过对话产生共享性意识的过程才是有意义的师生互动。而这个过程分回应、对话和共享这三个阶段,它在逻辑上是一个由浅入深、层层递进的过程,强调从关注知识本身转向关注参与者的意识发展。实现良好的互动需要师生双方共同努力,一方面教师应树立正确的学生观,关怀学生,以学生为中心,注重学生能力的发展,不断提升教学互动素养,包容学生,做真诚的倾听者;另一方面学生则应努力提升自我、积极展示自我,学会在矛盾中暂时搁置己见,懂得尊重、理解他人的想法,实现自我的升华,以期互动双方达成共享性意识。
Teacher-student interaction at class is not one-dimensional.In the communication process teachers and students engage in a dialogue that generates a sense of sharedness,which is a meaningful teacher-student interaction.This process involves three stages:response,dialogueand sharing.It is logically progressive from shallow to deep,from focusing on knowledge itself to focusing on the development of consciousness.Of course,to achieve good interaction requires the joint efforts of teachers and students.For teachers,it is necessary to establish a correct view of students,care for students,regard students as the center and focus on developing students’abilities.For students,the most important thing is to be able to developa free and frank attitude,to express their views boldly in dialogue,to learn to temporarily set aside their own opinions in the midst of conflict,and to understand and respect the ideas of others with a view to subliming themselves and reaching a sense of sharing.
