摘要 针对共沸物系分离,提出了基于遗传规划(GP)的精馏-膜分离集成过程综合策略,根据我国二氧化碳排放权政策及标准,以异丙醇-水共沸物系和Pervap 2510膜作为计算实例,在前期研究的基础上将二氧化碳排放指标引入到算法目标函数中,以目前国内碳交易市场均价为基准,选取几种典型碳交易价格为变量,探讨在不同进料组成下二氧化碳交易价格对节能型精馏-膜分离集成过程的影响,进而分析了二氧化碳排放权发放政策对化工企业生产成本影响。文中研究内容为各类化工企业在更好地响应国家节能减排政策下,进行最优的精馏-膜分离节能型集成工艺设计提供可靠依据。 A comprehensive strategy of distillation-membrane separation integrated process based on genetic programming(GP)was proposed for the separation of azeotropic system.According to the policy and standard of carbon dioxide emission right in China,taking isopropanol-water azeotrope system and Pervap 2510 membrane as a calculation example,the carbon dioxide emission index was introduced into the objective function of the algorithm based on the previous research.Based on the average price of domestic carbon trading market,several typical carbon trading prices were selected as variables.The influence of carbon dioxide trading price on energy-saving distillation-membrane separation integration process under different feeding composition was discussed.Furthermore,the impact of carbon dioxide emission right policy on the production cost of chemical enterprises was analyzed.This paper provides a reliable basis for all kinds of chemical enterprises to carry out the optimal distillation-membrane separation energy-saving integrated process in order to response to the national energy-saving and emission reduction policy better.
